Task Type

A code and description combination, which identifies the general activity at an occurrence of a task. For example, CC - Component Changeout, IN - Inspection, GR - General Repair.

Task Type is a code unique to AMT. If a task type is used to identify Preventive Maintenance (PM) services, this should be flagged as a PM planning task.

Special Fields	Description
Maintenance Type	Links to the Maintenance Type system table.
PM Planning	Determines which tasks are displayed in the PM Schedule function.
PM	Task types flagged as PM are included in Service Accuracy statistics.
QW PM	Task types flagged as PM are included in Quick Watch's First Stoppage After PM statistic

Changes to this system table are audited and logged.
